Additional Fees
- We request that our housekeeper clean the chalet after your visit and for this there is an additional £60 cleaning fee levied
- We provide bed linen, bath mat, oven gloves, tea-towels and their laundering for £5 per person fee for your stay
- Unfortunately we can't provide towels for you during your stay you will need to bring these with you
- We request a security damage retainer of £100 which will be returned 14 days after your stay
Payment, Deposit and Cancellations
- We are able to accept PayPal, Cheque or BACS transfer
- We request an upfront reservation deposit of £100 to secure your booking
- We request full payment to be made 6 weeks before your stay
- Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund
- We request full payment to be made 6 weeks before your stay
- Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund
Holiday Options and Discounts
- Stays in High-Season usually run for 7 nights: Saturday (CheckIn after 3pm) to Saturday (CheckOut before 10:30am)
- Optional Weekend or Weekday breaks - minimum 2 nights (out of high-season)
- Other days and durations may be available upon request
- 2 week stays will attract a 10% discount
- Loyal clients taking a 2nd holiday within 2yrs receive a 10% discount (on non-discounted holidays)
